As Executive Director, Charlie is responsible for the overall management of the NAC. He was a founding member of the NAC in 2000 and has served on the NAC Executive Committee for more than 8 years. He has also served on the DOTC Executive Committee governing the joint DoD and industry consortia.

ATI supports the NAC Executive Director in the day-to-day affairs of the consortium to ensure the efficient and effective operations. ATI processes NAC member applications, member dues and assessment invoices/payments, and coordinates the annual General Membership meeting.
