Mr. James Miller earned a BS in Computer Science from Auburn University in 1983 and earned a MS in Operations Research from the University of Alabama in Huntsville in 1993. Mr. Miller has been supporting DoD weapon systems development programs since 1985 in a variety of technical and program management areas. His primary area of expertise is warheads and lethality.
Since 1990, Mr. Miller has supported warhead technology development and integration programs for the US Army and the Air Force Research Laboratory. His experience includes shaped charges, EFPs, blast/fragmentation warheads, penetrators, and lethality modeling.
Mr. Miller has been a member of the JIMTP NAC Review Panel for the last five years. He was a member of the JIMTP 2013 Team of the Year and received the Dynetics Product Innovation Award in 2014. Mr. Miller is currently serving as the co-chairman for the NDIA Classified Symposium on Ballistics and Warheads.
