The mission of the DoD Ordnance Technology Consortium (DOTC) is to enhance the military’s technological superiority by facilitating research, development, and technology demonstrations. It aims to improve warfighter lethality, survivability, and combat effectiveness through streamlined acquisition and collaboration with industrial and academic partners, sponsored by the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD), and utilized by all Services and Defense Agencies for prototype design, development, and demonstration of armaments.
