Noel founded McCormick Stevenson Corporation in 1999 to help clients in the aerospace and defense industry deliver rugged and reliable products. Since that time the company has successfully met the harsh challenges posed by tactical military operations on land, at sea and in the air and has received the following recognitions:
- Participant in the Department of Energy’s (DOE) MentorProtégé Program with Honeywell, Kansas City National Security Campus in 2019-2020
- GrowFL “Florida Company to Watch” in 2019
- University of South Florida (USF) Fast56 Winner since 2018
- General Dynamics Ordnance and Tactical Systems 2017 Supplier Excellence Award
- Charter Member of the Florida Defense Contractors Association (FDCA), where Noel currently serves on the Board of Directors
