Mr. Don J. Palathinkal is the Director of Customer Affairs for the National Armaments Consortium (NAC). In this role he is responsible for customer engagements, building customer relationships, and overseeing business operations and process improvements for the NAC. Mr. Palathinkal is also the Founder and Principal for BridgeHill Corporation, a provider of Agile Acquisition, Program Management, and Engineering Subject Matter Expertise to Department of War customers. Prior to these roles Mr. Palathinkal held multiple positions of significant responsibility within the United States Army. He served as the Deputy Product Director at Joint Program Executive Office Armaments & Ammunition (JPEO A&A) where he was responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of products including Shoulder Launched Munitions, Family of Grenades, and Protection Systems. Mr. Palathinkal also served as the Deputy Chief of Staff for JPEO A&A and was the Director of the Assured Precision Weapons and Munitions office where he oversaw the development and integration of Assured Position Navigation and Timing (APNT) technologies within JPEO A&A’s product portfolio. His experience also includes various leadership positions at Development Command Armaments Center (DEVCOM AC) including the Department of War Ordnance Technology Consortium (DOTC) office where he grew the DOTC business operations five-hold. Prior to civil service, he worked at Booz Allen Hamilton as a consultant to various DOD organizations. Mr. Palathinkal is a graduate of the Defense Acquisition University (DAU) Senior Service College Fellowship program. He has a Master of Engineering degree in Supply Chain Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (UNC-CH).
