Jonathan Carroll

Jonathan Carroll is the managing Director of the RTX OTA program office supporting Collins Aerospace, Pratt & Whitney, and Raytheon. Spanning back to his time in the United States Marine Corps as a reservist, he has held various leadership positions over 26 years in the defense industry. From being part of the leadership team over all procurement and supply chain for an entire Raytheon facility to supporting government and industry with development of rapid innovation in managing 35 different OTAs via consortia for RTX, Jonathan brings unique perspective and insight to the NAC EXCOM that will foster collaboration and industry best practices in utilization of OTAs.
