Rollie Dohrn is Director of Advanced Programs at Armament Systems Division, Alliant Techsystems Inc (ATK). In this role he is responsible for early development programs and technology insertion for existing programs. This includes the management of Armament Systems Technology roadmap and early development programs focused on low cost precision, increased effectiveness and technology maturation.

Rollie began his career at ATK in 1994 as an aerospace engineer. He had several key roles in the development of large caliber ammunition and precision weapons. He held technical leadership positions on the M829A3, M1002, APMI and PGK programs, each program resulting in a fielded solution.

Prior to his current role, Rollie was the Chief Engineer for Precision Weapons at Armament Systems. In this role he was responsible for the technical performance of development and production precision weapons products including PGK, PERM, EXACTO, M829E4 and several others.

Rollie graduated from the University of Minnesota with a Bachelor’s Degree in Aerospace Engineering & Mechanics and a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
